Jenna, Cento's Restaurant Manager, brings more than 16 years of hospitality expertise to Albert Lea. "Hospitality is part of who I am," she says warmly. Living in town with her significant other Brian of 8 years, they're raising a blended family of four incredible kids. "Building genuine connections through hospitality has always motivated me," Jenna explains. When she's not orchestrating operations at the pizzeria, you'll find her fishing on Minnesota's lakes, planning the family's next adventure, or hanging at home. "Managing this team in a unique atmosphere gives me the chance to elevate dining in my hometown," she notes. Her dedication to guest satisfaction influences every aspect of the restaurant, from the greeting at the door to the final goodbye.

Steve brings a lifetime of culinary passion to Cento, and has been in the kitchen since he was just 16 years old. "The kitchen is where I feel most at home – it's been my world for over two decades," he shares. An Albert Lea resident, Steve embraces small-town life with his son, whether they're out on the disc golf course, cruising on his motorcycle the midwest's scenic roads, or discovering new music together. "Leading Cento's kitchen lets me combine my years of experience with fresh creativity every single day," Steve explains. "There's nothing better than knowing our food brings people together in this community," he adds. Steve is excited to share his culinary artistry with Albert Lea, making every meal at Cento a memorable experience.

Megan joined the Cento team with food industry experience and quickly mastered the art of being a barista. "I never expected to fall in love with coffee culture, but it's become a real passion," she says with enthusiasm. Known for her go-getter attitude, strong teamwork, and commitment to excellent service, Megan keeps our cafe thriving from morning espresso through afternoon lunch service. A proud mom of two daughters in Albert Lea, she balances her professional life with coaching youth sports and family time. "It's important to me that my kids see me pursuing work I genuinely enjoy," Megan explains. Her positive energy elevates both our team and our guests' experiences. "Starting someone's morning right or making their lunch break special – those moments make this job rewarding."
