Seth, Cento's Restaurant Manager, brings a unique blend of service experience to Albert Lea. "Making connections through food and drinks is my passion, something I learned from my grandmother," he says. A former infantryman with 12 years of service, Seth moved here in 2018 with his family to embrace small-town life. "Every cup of coffee and every dish served is an opportunity to create a meaningful moment," explains Seth, who's often found coaching high school rugby when he's not crafting his favorite Americano or Old Fashioned at Cento. He lives in town with his wife of nine years, their four children, and their beloved pets, proud to be part of the Cento family.

Chef Bryan Cunningham, an Albert Lea native, brings 30 years of culinary experience to Cento. "Food is my art, and cooking is my first love," he says. Bryan lives in town with his wife of 24 years, their three kids, and a menagerie of pets. "I'm thrilled to share my passion for food with my hometown." His family's love for the arts influences his creative approach in the kitchen. "Every dish I create is a point of pride for me," Bryan explains. He's eager to apply his extensive experience to make Cento a local favorite. "I'm putting everything I've learned and loved into our menu," he adds enthusiastically. Chef Bryan can't wait to serve you and make each bite a delicious experience!

​Mike has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. “This is one of my favorite concepts that I have been a part of. I worked for a similar concept up in Mpls/St Paul and I am so excited to help our team bring awesome food and cocktails to Albert Lea.” Born and raised in Albert Lea, he and his family now have moved back after 12 years and brings his experience with. “We will have food items and cocktails that haven’t really been offered in this area before, so being able to bring that to my hometown is going to be really fun!” Mike is married to his wife Betsy and has 2 young children you will probably see running around!
